GOAL: Increase Site Conversions by driving more traffic to POS components within the website. 

RATIONALE: Through research and analytics deep dive we found that most visitors to the site were attempting to navigate to four specific tools that provided information on how to purchase the product. A test landing page was developed in an effort to place all of those tools on one page. Using Facebook as the traffic driver because of the ability to target audiences with greater accuracy. 

RESULTS:

  • 10% increase in time-on-site 
  • Total of 2.9M visits to the landing page
  • 25% increase in user engagement with conversion tools

GOAL: Increase Site Traffic to improve consumer knowledge on restaurant offerings and online orders. 

RATIONALE: Through research and analytics deep dives we found that visitors that found Zaxby's or were introduced to Zaxby's on social media and search ads would use the locator to find restaurants close by and dine. Increasing traffic into the actual restaurants and also increase online ordering. Refining geographic targeting for the online marketing and advertising digital assets while focusing on geo-targeting based on DMA and city increased would allow users to see get location recommendations with their advertising.  

RESULTS: 

  • Increased site traffic from 2.1M to 3M+ 
  • 30% increase in site traffic in 3 months 
  • Online ordering had 3x the increase in revenue due to location based targeting

GOAL: Improve search engine ranking for common keywords 

RATIONALE: As a digital start up whose service is primarily for online users this client needed to drive traffic to their site and show improvement their rankings on organic search. They best way to do this is to create content but also to have ads on display and search. Through Adwords we targeted search engines with display select that allowed them to show up in the most relevant searches. 

RESULTS: 

  • 150% increase in traffic to site after 30 days of running search and display select. 
  • Number 2 ranking for the search term "spend" 2 weeks post paid search campaign.
